Per Session package:
$39.99 per session (must purchase in increments of 3)*

This per session option is for individuals with nutritional and exercise experience, and looking for innovative training styles to switch up workouts and further their knowledge on fitness and nutrition.

“No time” Training Package: (12 sessions)                         (SAVES $10.00 PER SESSION)
This training option is for everyone who have physical goals, but are not really clear on when these goals can be conquered. You train 2 times per week for the first 3 weeks,and 1 time a week for the remaining 6 weeks ! (You can add or subtract how many times you train per week)

$29.99 a week for 9 weeks includes meal plan and day by day instructions!

“Just in time” Training package: (24 sessions)                       (SAVES $13.00 per session)
This training option is for anyone who wants to shed some extra weight or put on a couple pounds of muscle a little faster for events like a wedding or high school reunion. You train 3 times a week for 2 weeks and 2 times a week for the remaining 9 weeks!

$45.99 per week for 11 weeks includes full layout and plan to get to your goal!

This training package is for every person looking to make a long term change. Changing the mind and the body from old habits takes time. This package allows you take your TIME towards hitting those goals without interrupting your life flow but instead improving it day by day. You train for 3 times per week for 11 weeks in order to create new habits and forge a new lifestyle. Includes all of the above and a label reading class, with a field trip to the grocery store ($75.00 value)

Buddy Training Options

“Buddy time” Training package: (12 sessions)                       ($24.99 per session per person)
This training option is for couples or friends who wants to shed some extra weight or put on a couple pounds of muscle and can coordinate each other schedules to meet at the gym. You train together to instill a sense of camaraderie, and save a bunch of money. You both get individualized meal plans and exercise instruction. You train 3 times a week for 4 weeks at a time!
