TRAIN 2 DAYS A WEEK
This option is best for anyone who has a physical goal, but are not sure on when these goals can be conquered. It’s a time saver and allows you to train 2 times a week for 3 weeks, and then 1 time per week for the remaining 6 weeks!
DEDICATED INDIVIDUALTRAINER
You will receive instruction from the head coach who will keep track of your progress with tools like BMI ,Body Fat assessment, Waist to Hip Ratio, and Cardio and Strength Tests to help you see past the mirror. (which can be your worst enemy)
CUSTOMIZED DIET PLAN, EDUCATION INCLUDED
You will get a customized meal plan based off of your body type, goals, and beliefs. We also believe in the power of KNOWING therefore we will educate you every step of the way on how you should be eating for your GOALS and lifestyle!

"JUST IN TIME"

TRAIN 3 DAYS A WEEK
This option is also GREAT for anyone who wants to shed some extra weight or put on a couple of pounds of muscle for events like a high school reunion or wedding. You have more time training with me at 3 times a week for 2 weeks, and then 2 times per week for the remaining 9 weeks!

With this option you also receive daily communication via email, text message, or your preferred communication style. Accountability is KEY with this option! This package allows you to take your TIME toward hitting those goals without interrupting your life flow and improving day by day. You train with me 3 times a week for 6 weeks, and then 2 times per week for the remaining 9 weeks! This package also includes a label reading class and a field trip to the grocery store ($75.00 Value)
